SUMMARY:Flooded Poetry
DESCRIPTION:Every Monday Ivy Rozen\, Senior Editor of The Black Mountain Press\, will host a poetry-specific open mic from 6:30pm-9pm. Each poet will be able to share 2-3 poems\, and then we’ll close out the evening with a special reading from David E. Poston\, author of three poetry collections\, including Postmodern Bourgeois Poetaster Blues\, which won the North Carolina Writers’ Network’s Randall Jarrell Chapbook Competition. His poetry\, fiction\, and reviews have appeared in Broad River Review\, Pedestal\, Cider Press Review\, Pembroke\, and NC Literary Review\, among others.
