The Flood Gallery Finds a New Home in East Asheville!
Unfortunately, the Flood Gallery Fine Art Center and The Black Mountain Press in Black Mountain, NC was destroyed by Hurricane Helene. Our gallery and press has been well received in the River Arts District, Downtown Asheville, and Black Mountain, and now we’re moving out to East Asheville: 802 Fairview Road, Asheville 28803, Suite 1200, at River Ridge Business Center; just off 240 exit 8, so it’s really easy to get to!
This new space has event and exhibit space, plenty of parking, and a great local business community, including Asheville Dance Theater, Peaberry Press Coffee & Smoothie Bar, Asheville Hot Yoga, and a gym! We have now returned and are offering our weekly Poetry Readings, Open Mics, Art Exhibitions, Foreign Film Nights, and some new initiatives and events! We hope you’ll continue to be part of the Flood Gallery and Black Mountain Press family during this transition!
