Unfortunately, the Flood Gallery Fine Art Center in Black Mountain, NC was destroyed by Hurricane Helene. Our gallery has been well received in the River Arts District, Downtown Asheville, and Black Mountain, and now we’re moving out to East Asheville: 802 Fairview Road, Asheville 28803, Suite 1200, at River Ridge Business Center; just off 240 exit 8, so it will be really easy to get to!

This new space will have event and exhibit space, plenty of parking, and a great local business community, including Asheville Dance Theater, Peaberry Press Coffee & Smoothie Bar, Asheville Hot Yoga, and a gym! We plan to open ASAP to return to our weekly open mics, art exhibitions, film nights, and some new initiatives and events! We hope you’ll continue to be part of the Flood Gallery family during this transition!

While we work to rebuild this wonderful community resource, you can support our efforts by donating at the link below, and sharing with everyone you know!

about us

Flood Gallery Fine Art is a non-profit contemporary art organization dedicated to bringing excellent, provocative art to Asheville from artists working around the world. We seek out art that is provocative, challenging, daring, relevant, and important. We believe that there are great things happening in the world of art, and we want to bring those things to Asheville. We want to put a thumbtack on the map of the Art World. In our first three years, we showed works by artists working in Los Angeles, Prague, New York, Georgia, Florida and here in Asheville. In our fourth year, we hope to bring fully-funded exhibition and residency programs for professional working artists from around the world.

The Flood Gallery Fine Art Center is a non-profit 501(c)3 and registered with the State and the IRS. Our tax returns can be examined at 850 Blue Ridge Rd, Black Mountain, NC 28711 with notice during operating hours.
